Clean Team
Our Clean Team, McQuillans Companies will continue to operate with a focus on disinfecting of all touch points to ensure the city is safe for essential workers using the city centre. The Clean Team will also take this opportunity to address areas which would normally be difficult to access to ensure the city is safe and clean for reopening once again.
City Centre Beat
Our two City Centre Beat Officers will continue to patrol the City Centre carrying out the following:
- Surveillance and security checks of all premises including retail and hospitality, alerting business owners/landlords etc if any issues or concerns. Monitoring areas for suspicious activity.
- Continuing to work alongside Extern, Welcome, NIHE, SOS Bus and other agencies regarding the stay at home messaging.
- High visibility patrolling, engaging with public where necessary to follow COVID regulations (Engage, Explain, Encourage, Enforce)
- Assisting and advising to essential businesses open in the area.

Ecolab
Eco Lab are maintaining pest control measures in key locations across the City Centre. Belfast One will be liaising with Ecolab regarding any issues which might arise and deploying services there.
