Hospitality Employment Academy

The Belfast Hospitality Employment Academy is a new partnership scheme linking enthusiastic jobseekers with the right attitude and hospitality skills to hospitality businesses in Belfast.

The new employment academy will attract and train jobseekers to take up entry-level positions in the hospitality industry with a view to a career.  Jobseeker participation on the scheme is voluntary and applicants will be pre-screened to ensure they meet the required standards before commencing a 2 week industry standard pre-employment training programme covering vital and specialist skills that hospitality businesses need.  The first programme will commence in November.

All you need to do is to provide details of your current entry-level vacancies and guarantee an interview for successful candidates who complete the programme.
