Strategy for Small Businesses
A FREE webinar on Practical Growth Planning
Thursday 13th January
9:30 – 12:30
In a fast-changing world, some business people shy away from the prospect of planning. The reality however is that successful businesses plan for the future by asking some of the following questions–
- Where are they now?
- Where do they want to get to?
- How can they make this happen?
To learn how to plan practically for your business, attend Belfast City Council’s FREE workshop on 13 January where they will focus on giving you the skills and the confidence to develop a sensible ‘road-map’ for your business for 2022…despite the turbulent times that we are all living through.
The workshop is aimed at SME, Micro Enterprises and Social Enterprises based in the Belfast City Council area and employing fewer than 50 people.
This project is part funded by Invest Northern Ireland, Belfast City Council and the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth & Jobs Northern Ireland (2014-2020) Programme.
