All Belfast One members are invited to attend Belfast One BID Ltd's AGM on Tuesday 20th October at 0930am via zoom.
The purpose of the meeting is to present the annual report and detail the achievements of Belfast One in Year Four. We will also share our re-ballot schedule and present the accounts for 2019-20.
As a member of Belfast One BID Ltd, you are welcome to both attend and partake in the general business of the AGM.
Company Membership also entitles you to nominate yourself for election to the Board and vote on the election of new Board members at the AGM. The Board appointed at the AGM will serve until 31st March 2021, the end of our current financial year and five-year term. From the 1st April 2021, Belfast One will begin a new five-year term, based on our forthcoming business plan.
If you are interested in becoming a Board member, a candidate form must be completed and returned no later than 13th October 2020. To obtain a candidate form please contact janet@belfastone.co.uk.
In addition to the existing 14 Board members, there are other positions available in the following sectors:
- Independent Retailer
- Multiple Retailer
- Hospitality
- Charity
