This International Women’s Day 2026, The Ivy Collection is proud to partner with Papa Salt Gin to celebrate the women who make a difference across Ireland. Giving back to women who give so much of themselves every day, The Ivy Collection will host International Women’s Day celebrations in its Belfast and Dublin locations on Sunday 8th March, with nominated women from local communities enjoying a two-course brunch* complimented by gin fizz cocktails.
From carers and community leaders to mentors, volunteers and everyday changemakers, the campaign shines a light on the women who quietly go above and beyond for others. In the spirit of giving back, The Ivy Collection and Papa Salt Gin are inviting these remarkable women to be treated to one of a series of special International Women’s Day celebration brunches.
But hurry, the window for nominations closes on Monday 23rd February – after which nominees will be welcomed to a complimentary two-course brunch at participating Ivy Collection restaurants, accompanied by gin fizz cocktails, courtesy of Papa Salt Gin – a toast to their generosity, resilience and impact.
Commenting on the campaign, Paul Kelly, General Manager for The Ivy Belfast Brasserie, said: “All too often we see incredible women across Ireland who have made huge impacts within their communities, often without recognition or thanks. This International Women’s Day, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the women who give so much of themselves to others. We’ve partnered with Papa Salt Gin which allows us to welcome them into our restaurants and say a heartfelt thank you in the best way we know how.”
