Sample, enjoy and master the cuisine produced from a region known for it own distinctive flavours, tastes and signature dishes.
To start, observe Chef as he prepares a delightful Lamb Hummus accompanied by traditional flat breads for the region. After Chef walks you through this amazing dish, retire to your work station and make prepare your very own.
Next under the guidance of our team prepare an authentic chicken tangien accompanied by a vibrant preserved lemon garnish served with chickpeas and tabouleh
To finish off your magical evening prepare a enjoy light and flavoursome orange blossom & honey pannacotta, served with poached apricots & pistachios
This session is 3 to 31/2 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
