Belfast One Santa's Post Office
We’re bringing Santa’s magical post office to 2 Royal Avenue this November & December!
Bring your little ones this festive season to Belfast City Centre, where they can enjoy arts and crafts, and design a special letter to Santa. To make sure the letters reach the North Pole in time, they can post them in Santa’s special post box. This is a FREE event for all families to attend.

Santa's Grotto at Victoria Square
Step into the magic of Christmas with a visit to Santa’s Grotto, open every weekend from 9th & 10th November. Bring the little ones to meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and capture a special festive photo.
A queue system will be in place to ensure everyone gets their moment with Santa. Online booking unavailable.
Join Victoria Square and experience the wonder of the season at The Centre of Christmas!
CastleCourt Santa's Grotto
Add a little magic to the festive season with a visit to see Santa Claus, at CastleCourt Shopping Centre. Located on our first floor (opposite the food court), you can find Santa and his busy elves in the Winter Wonderland grotto, ready to meet and greet the children with joy! We are working around the clock to check who’s on the nice list, welcoming children from the 16th November to the 24th December.

Winter's Den at 2 Royal Avenue
Step into the enchanting Winter Den, returning to 2 Royal Avenue ❄️✨
This year’s event programme will feature a variety of sustainable festive workshops, Christmas carolling and musical sing a longs, family theatre performances, and celebrations from around the world including art, storytelling and dance. The programme will include have baby sensory sessions, with autism and disability friendly events such as sensory workshops, activities and storytelling.
