From 12th to 18th May, we’re inviting everyone in the Belfast One area to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves and each other. This free week-long programme is packed with fitness sessions, wellness experiences, creative outlets, and community events that support well-being in every sense.

Whether you’re an early riser ready to smash a Hyrox challenge, someone craving calm with sound healing, or just curious to try something new with your team at lunch, there’s something here for you.

We’re co-funding a public defibrillator on Church Lane with the Bullitt Hotel and hosting free CPR workshops to ensure our community is ready in an emergency.
