SATURDAY 16TH AND SUNDAY 17TH JULY

EVENT INFORMATION

  • NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND? LET US KNOW. This event has been extremely popular with all tickets being snapped up in record time. If you are no longer able to attend or are not using all tickets booked PLEASE let us know so we can reallocate them to others as demand is very high. EMAIL boxoffice@belfastfilmfestival.org
  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the film you have booked is due to start and visit the box office.
  • Please have your E-tickets ready to present to box office staff.
  • There is a quick turn around between each film so please exit as soon as possible at the end of the film.
  • This is an outdoor event. Please wear suitable clothing. We of course will try and arrange the sun to come out but in the case of rain please bring waterproof clothing.
  • Seating will not be provided so please bring your own seating, blankets, waterproof ground sheets.
  • In order to ensure a pleasant viewing experience for everyone we would encourage you, where possible, to avoid bringing deck chairs. If you do require a deckchair, these can be placed at the rear of the lawns or pathways and not in the middle or front of the lawn as this will block the viewing for other guests.
  • Toilet facilities will be available on site.
  • No alcohol on the premises – there are plenty of nearby pubs for before or after the screenings!
  • There will be photography/videography taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform an event organiser on the day.
  • Bins will be provided around the site. Please don’t litter.
