On arrival enjoy a fine selection of light bites prepared for you by our expert chefs.
Chef will demonstrate the secret to cooking a variety of cuts including sirloin, rump-heart and fillet. Then prepare your very own ribeye steak provided by Peter Hannon’s meat merchant. Serve your perfect steak with a marinated portabello mushroom, slow cooked tomato and triple cooked chunky chips.
Compliment you sublime main with your very own bearnaise and pepper sauces.
For dessert indulge in a classic chocolate fondant.
This session is 3 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.
