Come along and learn how to make this authentic Italian classic cuisines that will be sure to get your overload your taste buds with a variety of flavours and textures found on every Italian dinner table.
Firstly prepare and enjoy Taleggio cheese risotto. This traditional dish is made using an Italian soft cheese that originated from “Val Taleggio in Bergamo” and gives this risotto a distinctly rustic flavour.
Also create Parmigiana di melanzane. This classic Italian dish is made with sliced aubergine and layered with cheese and a beautiful tomato sauce, then baked.
All courses will be demonstrated by Franco, our in-house Sicilian chef who will direct the class on how to prepare these dishes just as he remembers it from his Mother’s kitchen to his families table.
